The left-arm quick finished the match with 4-12 in 3.3 overs.
Electing to bat first after winning the toss, the tourists were bowled out for just 96 runs owing to yet another batting collapse by the Kiwis.
As the left-arm spinner Nasum Ahmed troubled the New Zealand batters in the initial overs, left-arm quick Mustafizur Rahman ran through the visitors’ batting unit in the death overs as he finished the innings with his figures reading of 4-12 (3.3 overs).
In this brilliant bowling display, the Bangladeshi pacer also managed to showcase his fielding skills as he took a spectacular caught and bowled to dismiss New Zealand’s Cole McConchie for a duck during his follow-through.
Rahman got the Kiwi batsman to chip one right in the air as he failed to read his slower one and the quick bowler followed this beautiful delivery with an even amazing diving catch where he stuck his hand out and managed to pluck it out of thin air.
