Mohammed Azharuddeen was bought by RCB in the IPL 2021 auction at his base price of INR 20 lakh.
Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) youngster Mohammed Azharuddeen took to Instagram to share the priceless moment when skipper Virat Kohli signed an RCB jersey for him. He was roped in by RCB in the Indian Premier League (IPL 2021) auction at his base price of INR 20 lakh.
Azharuddeen revealed that he is going to frame the jersey as it's very special for him. He had earlier posted a picture with Kohli and his wife Anushka Sharma on Instagram.

Taking to Instagram, the youngster wrote, "Going to get this jersey framed ????." The Kerala batsman rose to fame after he scored a century in just 37 balls in Syed Mushtaq Ali T20 Trophy earlier this year.
In an interaction with the New Indian Express, Azharudden said he wanted to play for RCB before the franchise picked him. "I wanted to represent RCB and it's amazing that they have picked me. It would be a surreal experience to share the dressing room with the likes of Kohli bhai and AB de Villiers.
"I'm thankful to everyone who helped me get here. It's all just settling in slowly," he had said before the IPL 2021.
