Jadeja wasn't part of the Test series against England because of thumb injury.
India all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja is on the road to recovery from a thumb injury and he shared a video with fans on Tuesday (March 9). Jadeja had sustained an injury while batting in the first innings of the Sydney Test on the Australia tour.
Jadeja was ruled out for six weeks and he couldn't take part in the last Test against Australia and full Test series at home versus England. He was not named in the squad for the five-match T20I series too.

The 32-year-old underwent surgery after suffering a blow to his thumb and he's currently working on his recovery. Posting the video on Twitter in which he can be seen doing catch practice, Jadeja wrote, "Slowly but surely".
Jadeja has resumed proper training and he had posted a video of himself from gym a week back. The hustle is on for the all-rounder and he may get included in the ODI series against England. If not, then the fans will have to wait till the Indian Premier League to see him in action.
