Chahal and Dhanashree danced to a patriotic Hindi movie song.
India’s spinner Yuzvendra Chahal, along with his wife Dhanashree took to Instagram and paid a rich tribute to the nation which celebrates its 72nd Republic Day today on January 26, 2021.
Chahal and Dhanashree posted a video on Instagram in which they are both dancing in rhythm to the song “Rang de Basanti” from the 2006 movie of the same name. The song is sung by Daler Mehendi and composed by Oscar winner AR Rahman, while Prasoon Joshi wrote the lyrics.
Chahal sported a white kurta and blue denim, while Dhanashree wore a blue salwar-kameez. The duo danced well, with Chahal complementing his choreographer wife quite well.

Previously during the COVID-19 lockdown as well, Chahal had posted quite a few dancing videos on TikTok and Instagram, some of which were choreographed by Dhanashree who was his fiancé then.
Chahal posted the video with the caption reading, “A thousand salutes to the great nation of ours. May it become even more prosperous. Wish you a very Happy Republic Day! @dhanashree9”
