Dharmendra is proud of what Siraj has achieved on Australia tour despite so much grief.
Veteran Bollywood actor Dharmendra got emotional after seeing India pacer Mohammed Siraj at his father's grave. Siraj, after landing home, drove straight to the graveyard and offered prayers to his father.
Dharmendra shared a post for the India cricketer and said he is proud of him. It wasn't easy for Siraj to give his hundred percent to the team while carrying the pain of his father's death.
The legendary actor acknowledged the courage shown by Siraj and he tweeted, "Siraj, Braveheart son of India Love you ...Naaz hai tujh par, dil par walid ki maut ka sdma liye tum watan ki Aan ke liye match khelte rahe ..aur ek unhoni jeet watan ke naam darj kar ke lote..Kal tujhe apne walid ki qabbr par dekh kar mun bhar aya . jannt naseeb ho unhein.

The tweet rougly translates to, "I am so proud of you. You carrying the pain of your father's death in your heart but played for the glory of the country and registered an unexpected victory before you came back. It made my heart heavy to see you at your father's grave yesterday. May he be welcomed into heaven)."
Siraj wanted to fulfill his father's dream to keep playing for India. Unfortunately, he passed away before the series, but his son completed the wish by featuring in Test side.
"It is a very big loss for me, my father always supported me. It was his dream that I keep on playing for India and make the country proud. I just want to fulfill my father's dream and that is why I keep on thinking that my father will always be there with me", he had said before the series.
