The new no.1-ranked Test batsman, Kane Williamson, scored a double century in New Zealand’s innings victory in the 2nd Test over Pakistan, as a result of which he also became the first captain to take New Zealand to the top of the ICC team rankings in Tests.

While addressing the media after an emphatic inning and 176 runs victory over Pakistan in Christchurch Test, Kane Williamson was interrupted by his teammate BJ Watling, who was looking for an autograph from the captain.

The 35-year-old wicket-keeper batsman went up to his skipper saying “Big fan” and asked him to sign his Test shirt. The little conversation went this way: "What's going on?" Williamson asks, momentarily confused. "Sorry, big fan," Watling says as he hands him a pen and a jersey to sign.

An amused Kane Williamson didn’t disappoint his teammate and gave the autograph with a cheerful smile on his face.

In the second Test, Kiwi Skipper, Kane Williamson had scored a magnificent 238 in the first innings. He got the desired support from his colleagues, Henry Nicholls and Daryl Mitchell, who both scored centuries.

And a brilliant bowling performance (11/117) by the Player of the Match Kyle Jamieson helped New Zealand canter to an innings win in the Test and a 2-0 series win over Pakistan.
