Wagner picked up six wickets in the first Test match against West Indies.
New Zealand pacer Neil Wagner moved to number two spot in the ICC Test Rankings for bowlers. Wagner, with 849 rating points, left England's Stuart Broad behind, who has 845 rating points.
ICC's official account shared the ranking on Instagram and it got a comment from Broad. The Englishman jokingly asked Wagner to 'take it easy'. The Kiwi bowler is behind Australia's Pat Cummins (904 ratings) in the Test rankings.
"Neil Wagner moves up to No.2 ???? Jason Holder slips two spots to No.7 The latest MRF Tyres ICC Test Rankings for bowlers," the official ICC Instagram account wrote.
Tagging Wagner in the comments, Broad left a reply which read, "Take it easy."
