Virat Kohli averages more than 50 in all three formats of international cricket.
The right-hander has 7240 runs in 86 Tests with 27 centuries, 11867 runs in 248 ODIs, with 43 centuries, and 2794 runs in 82 T20I matches with a best of 94* and 24 half-centuries. He averages above 50 in all the three formats of international cricket, which is a feat in itself.
These numbers are amazing and to top it, he won the U19 World Cup for India in 2008, was part of India’s 2011 World Cup victory, and has led India to its first bilateral ODI series win in South Africa, and first-ever ODI and Test series win in Australia. He also led India to the semi-finals of the 2019 World Cup.
Currently, he is in the UAE for the IPL 2020 where he has led his team the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) into the playoffs where they will face Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Eliminator on November 6 in Abu Dhabi.
The Indian cricket fraternity took to Twitter and wished him on his birthday and we have some tweets for you.
