Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on Sunday (September 6) announced the fixtures of the league stage of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020. Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah have been allotted 24, 20 and 12 matches respectively.
Defending champions Mumbai Indians (MI) will take on Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the opening encounter on September 19 in Abu Dhabi.
There will be a total of 10 double-headers in this edition, with the day matches starting at 3:30 PM IST and the evening matches starting at 7:30 PM IST. Venues and dates for the Playoffs will be announced later, with the IPL Final scheduled to be played on November 10.
