Stokes is currently training at his home in Durham and hasn't joined individual session by ECB.
England all-rounder Ben Stokes has a special message for those cricketers who are training at home like him. He has not joined the England and Wales Cricket Board's individual session yet, but that hasn't affected his training.
Stokes recently shared a video on Twitter in which he can be seen practicing his throw and better aiming. He threw the ball at his house wall and caught it on the rebound.

But he advised everyone to be careful while throwing the ball against the wall as one mistake could lead to shattering the window. The consequences could be a little harsh if that happens and Stokes explained how.
"Throw throw throw your ball gently against your house...if ya smash a window don’t forget to run away from your wife and get used to eating and sleeping outside," the cricketer wrote, who is at Durham.
England pacers Stuart Broad and all-rounder Chris Woakes have joined ECB's individual training. 18 pacers have been shortlisted by the board for sessions around seven-county grounds in the United Kingdom.
Broad shared a video from his session and wrote, "So much work has gone on behind the scenes to make this possible. Thanks to all the people @englandcricket & @trentbridge who have been involved, I really appreciate it. Felt great to be back out there having a bowl. Loved it".
