Stokes liked Johnson's speech and he tweeted about it on Twitter.
England all-rounder Ben Stokes lauded UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson, who addressed his people on Sunday and announced the extension of lockdown till June 1. There are some relaxations like sunbathing and playing outdoor sports with household members.
"This is not the time simply to end the lockdown this week...we are taking the first careful steps to modify our measures," Johnson said.

31,855 people in the United Kingdom have lost their lives to COVID-19, as reported by the Health Department on Sunday.
Stokes took to Twitter and expressed his liking towards Boris. He felt connected with the speech. "I felt like I was in the room and he was talking to me...what a brilliant speech @BorisJohnson well done ????," he tweeted.
The tweet of Stokes received a negative reaction from fans and they don't feel he was right to praise the Prime Minister.
