On Thursday, Gambhir's tweet upset Virat Kohli fans on Twitter.
Former India opener Gautam Gambhir wished Rohit Sharma on his 33rd birthday. In his tweet, Gambhir called Rohit as the best white-ball cricketer in the world.
"Happy Birthday to the best white-ball cricketer in the world. @ImRo45 ! Have a great year ahead!!," Gambhir wrote on Twitter.

The tweet didn't go well with the fans of Virat Kohli who believe Rohit doesn't have a better record than the India captain to be called the best limited-overs cricketer.
They reacted to the post on Twitter and some even dig up the past when Virat and Gautam had an altercation on the field. Rohit has been in a terrific form since the year 2013 but is he currently the best white-ball cricketer, that would be arguable.
