Former West Indian captain Daren Sammy has had a tough time answering some of the controversial questions in rapid-fire with ESPNCricInfo where he was asked to pick between IPL and PSL, Virat Kohli and Steve Smith, Sir Viv Richards, and Brian Lara among a few others.
The 36-year-old has played a lot in the Pakistan Super League and was even given the honorary Pakistan citizenship for his contribution to bringing cricket back in the terror-struck nation.

While a lot of cricketers earn a lot of money and respect by playing in the IPL, Sammy is one of the very few who has earned respect by playing in the PSL. He thus had very little doubt about choosing PSL over IPL in the rapid-fire question.
He was then asked to pick one batsman between former Australian skipper Steve Smith and current Indian skipper Virat Kohli, who are at the top of the batting charts for quite some time now. He thought long and hard before coming to a firm conclusion and picked the modern master, Virat Kohli.
