Yuvraj Singh gets wishes on his 38th birthday from his former teammates

Former India batsman Yuvraj Singh is celebrating his 38^th birthday on December 12. He recently retired from the game and has become a T20 mercenary playing in foreign leagues including the Global Canada T20 and Abu Dhabi T10 leagues.

The Punjab left-hander played 40 Tests, 304 ODIs and 58 T20Is for the Indian team in a career that spanned from 2000-2017. He also made 1900 Test, 8701 ODIs and 1177 T20I runs with a total of 17 centuries to his name. He is widely regarded as one of the all-time greatest ODI batsmen of his era. His life is an inspiration for all given that he beat cancer to make a comeback into the Indian team. The left-hander had won the Man of the Tournament in the 2011 World Cup which was won by India.

He is celebrating his birthday at the Ko Samui island in Thailand with his friends including Ajit Agarkar, Gaurav Kapur, Sachin Tendulkar, Harbhajan Singh, and others. However, many of his teammates and well-wishers from the cricket fraternity sent him wishes on Twitter.
