Dhawan and Khaleel sang and danced together at the NCA on the occasion.
Indian pacer Khaleel Ahmed and batsman Shikhar Dhawan were born on the same day, December 5. Both the cricketers celebrated the special day together at National Cricket Academy (NCA), Bengaluru.
A video was posted by Dhawan on Twitter where they can be seen singing the birthday song for each other. Khaleel and Dhawan were dancing together before thanking the fans and supporters for love and wishes.
"Thank you all for your birthday wishes! @imK_Ahmed13 and I are grateful for all the love. Khush raho doston ✌," wrote Dhawan on his Twitter.
Khaleel and Dhawan will not be playing the T20I series against West Indies starting from Friday. While Shikhar is out because of injury, the left-arm pacer had an awful outing against Bangladesh which didn't help his case.
Shikhar, who had undergone surgery on the left knee, was suggested to take some more time for the stitches to heal by the BCCI Medical team.
