Social media was buzzing with MS Dhoni's paintings lately. But the Indian cricketer has revealed the story behind his painting, which he was supposed to display for the exhibition. Dhoni was even trolled for his painting on social media.
But now he has spilled beans on the reasons what made him shows his painting to everyone. “I wanted to share a secret with all of you. Right from when I was a kid I always wanted to become an artist,” Dhoni had said in the video.
Calm down because he wasn't actually going to turn an artist after his retirement. It's all because of hunger. Funny? Well, the video turned out to be a commercial.
"Guys, what was I thinking? Painting and me, no chance. Bohot bhookh lagi thi. I was too hungry. It was just a hungry decision. I swear on my sneakers, from now on, only toothbrush and hairbrush but no paintbrush at all," he said.
Dhoni has taken flight with team India for the UK on Wednesday. India's World Cup campaign starts against South Africa on June 5 in Southampton.
