Pietersen dug old banter against Yuvraj in their exchange on Twitter.
Cricketers Kevin Pietersen and Yuvraj Singh have come up against each other many times on cricket field. But this time it was off-field, on social media. The discarded Indian cricketer and the ex-England batsman had a banter on football.
Yuvraj is a big fan of football club Manchester United and he couldn't stop himself from responding to Pietersen's criticism for the club.
But Pietersen gave it back and also called Yuvraj a pie-chucker. A pie-chucker in cricket is a bowler with no control over the movement of the ball.
The Indian all-rounder was labeled as a pie-chucker by Kevin back in 2008. Yuvraj had responded by saying, "I've got a better bowling action than KP. His action is useless, but if he works hard at his bowling he can be a good bowler. I'll give him some tips on how to bowl into the rough."
This time he was a little polite but he did brag about the championships Manchester United has. When Pietersen said who's the best team in Manchester, Yuvraj replied, "Haha well depends on r we looking at current form or counting no of championships? ????????".
