Saqlain Mushtaq turns 41 today.
Former Pakistani spinner Saqlain Mushtaq celebrated his 41st birthday on Friday. The 41 year-old off spinner gained popularity for his invention of the ‘Doosra’ delivery. He has represented Pakistan in 49 Tests and 169 ODIs.
On his special day, Indian off-spinner Harbhajan Singh’s special gesture of a birthday wish won the hearts of many cricket fans across the internet. He also called Mushtaq as one of the best spinners and match winners of his generation.
Harbhajan himself is very popular for his ‘Doosra’ which helped him become one of the best spinners in Indian cricket. He tweeted to his idol that, “Wishing @Saqlain_Mushtaq One of the best off-spinner and biggest match winner, real Doosra king my idol a very happy birthday God bless you brother.”

Saqlain Mustaq is currently working with the England Cricket Team as a spin consultant. And under his guidance England all-rounder Moeen Ali has improved a lot and done quite well for his team as a frontline spinner.
Harbhajan Singh, who last played for India some time back, will be targeting the upcoming Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy to make a comeback in the national side.
