Kuldeep Yadav will get married to Vanshika on March 14.
The festivities for the big day have already begun, with the haldi ceremony on Friday, providing spectators with lots of spectacular moments. Many prominent figures are also anticipated to attend the wedding.
The couple will exchange vows at the stately Savoy Hotel, which is completely booked for the 31-year-old wrist-spinner's wedding and will be closed to other visitors for two to three days.
A video from the Haldi ceremony went viral on social media, showing Yuzvendra Chahal, Kuldeep's colleague and seasoned leg spinner, dancing gleefully.
Chahal, who has played alongside Kuldeep in several international matches, was spotted dancing to the iconic song "Paan Ki Dukaan" from the film O Romeo. He also took part in the event and was seen applying haldi on both Kuldeep and Vanshika.
Chahal shared his enthusiasm for the festivities and his close bond with Kuldeep.
"I am very excited for my brother's marriage. I will dance a lot and enjoy," Chahal told ANI.
According to reports from PTI, former India captains Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma will attend Kuldeep's wedding on Saturday. Jasprit Bumrah, who recently won the T20 World Cup 2026 with Kuldeep, is also expected to attend.
According to reports, other high-profile cricket celebrities slated to attend include Sunil Gavaskar, T20 World Cup winners Suryakumar Yadav, Rinku Singh and Tilak Varma.
