Board of Control for Cricket in India posted a video of Indian skipper Virat Kohli practicing ahead of the series-deciding third Test of the series against South Africa in Cape Town.
After missing the second Test due to an upper back spasm, Indian skipper Virat Kohli is all set to return to the playing XI for the third Test against South Africa in Cape Town.
All the eyes will be on him as he has been under firing line for his poor outings of late and the way he’s getting dismissed. Virat Kohli scored 35 and 18 in the first Test in Centurion as he was caught chasing the wider deliveries in both innings.

Many fans and pundits have been waiting for the Indian Test skipper to smash his 71st international ton but Kohli since 2020 has scored just over 600 runs in 14 matches at an average of just over 26. His last century in international cricket came in November 2019.
However, ahead of the third Test against South Africa, Virat Kohli was seen putting hard yards in the net. In a video posted by BCCI on their official Twitter account, the Indian skipper can be seen receiving throwdowns and looked very optimistic while batting.

The Test series between South Africa and India is levelled at 1-1. With Virat Kohli set to back in the mix, the visitors would be looking to win the third Test and script history by winning their first-ever Test series in the Rainbow Country.
