After a great win over England in the second Test match at Lord’s, India showed a disappointing performance in the third Test being played at Headingley in Leeds.

Virat Kohli opted to bat first after winning the toss and to fans’ dismay, the team was bowled out for just 78 runs with only Rohit Sharma (19) and Ajinkya Rahane (18) scoring in double digits.

Hosts England on the other hand made a strong comeback from Lord’s Test as Joe Root and Co. not only showed top-notch bowling performance but their batting unit stepped up as well as the home team ended Day two with 423/8 with a massive lead of 345 runs.

While Joe Root scored yet another superb century in this series, former England cricketer Kevin Pietersen backed England to level the series 1-1 by winning this Leeds Test match. Pietersen also predicted that Moeen Ali will be picking 6 wickets on Sunday (29 August).

But, the former India batsman Wasim Jaffer who is known for his extremely funny tweets and sarcastic jibes on social media was at it again as he took a dig at the Englishman with a meme from a popular comedy serial ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’.

Trying to work out how India will be batting on Sunday #ENGvIND,” Jaffer wrote as the caption to his Tweet.

As far as the Test match is concerned, England has already secured a lead of 345 runs at the end of Day 2, thus with Indian bowlers picking 8 wickets, it will be interesting to see if they bowl England out on Day 3 and how Indian batsman bat in the second innings.
