Team India skipper Virat Kohli is known for his amazing fitness and the changes he brought to the team in terms of fitness of Indian cricketers. Ahead of India’s second Test match against England at the iconic Lord’s in London, the right-hand batsman shared a workout video on social media.

The Delhi-based batsman was seen carrying out weight training in the form of an exercise called barbell snatch. The short video clip of Kohli’s workout was well-received on social media as users immediately started commenting on his post.
