WATCH - Indian players to stay in hard quarantine for three days in Southampton

Team India members were in quarantine for 14 days in Mumbai before departure.

Indian cricket team have arrived at the Hilton hotel in Southampton for the ICC World Test Championship (WTC) final against New Zealand. BCCI shared a video clip of the men and women team's journey to the venue.

BCCI posted the video in which India all-rounder Akshar Patel revealed the team is going to quarantine for three days and they won't be allowed to meet each other. The final between India and New Zealand will be played from June 18.

"Excitement is building up as #TeamIndia arrive in England," wrote BCCI while posting the video. 

"I had a good sleep...the plan is to quarantine. We have been told that we can't meet each other for three days so we will be quarantining for that much time," said Akshar in the video.

The men and women team were under quarantine for 14 days in Mumbai before flying to the United Kingdom.
