AUS v NZ 2019-20: After Lockie Ferguson, Josh Hazlewood goes off the field due to a hamstring injury

Hazlewood picked the wicket of Kiwi opener Jeet Raval before going off the field.

After New Zealand's Lockie Ferguson, ongoing Australia versus New Zealand Test match at Perth has seen another injury. This time its Aussie pacer Josh Hazlewood who left the field after bowling just 1.2 overs due to a hamstring issue. Before going off, Hazlewood claimed the wicket of Kiwi opener Jeet Raval.

Cricket Australia posted an update on Twitter which revealed that the right-arm pacer was going to have a medical assessment after going off. The tweet read, “Josh Hazlewood has left field for a medical assessment after bowling just 1.2 overs.
