India Women’s team which recently registered 1-2 and 0-2 loss against Australia Women in the WODI and WT20I series respectively with one T20I getting washed out.

Despite the 5-11 loss to a dominant Australia in the multi-format series, India Women’s T20 skipper Harmanpreet Kaur pointed out some positives for the team in Richa Ghosh and Pooja Vastrakar's performance as she believes the team is on the right track going forward.

The result wasn't in our favor but we have good players like Pooja Vastrakar and Richa Ghosh. So we can take a lot of positives and we are on the right track. Thanks to our support staff, they really stood for us,Kaur said at the post-match presentation ceremony.

32-year-old Harmanpreet Kaur along with seven others will now be competing in the Women’s Big Bash League (WBBL) and the right-hand batter called this to be a great opportunity for all the players.
