India’s Shikha Pandey was denied a certain wicket by the umpire even though English batter Natalie Sciver edged the ball to wicketkeeper Taniya Bhatia.
During the 17th over of the run chase, Sciver attempted a ramp shot off Shikha’s bowling. Despite a clear edge, umpire Claire Polosak adjudged it not out.
The decision took the Indian players by surprised and the commentators were also left flabbergasted by the slip-up.

Coming to the match, England rode on Natalie Sciver’s 38-ball 50 to overhaul India’s target of 124 with 1.1 overs to spare and four wickets in hand.
Sciver was batting on 33-ball 39 when the howler was called by the umpire.
