New Zealand beat England in the semi-final by 5 wickets to enter the final.
New Zealand entered the final of the T20 World Cup 2021 after beating England in the semi-final by 5 wickets on Wednesday (November 10). They have never featured in a T20 World Cup final before and now the Kane Williamson-led side has an opportunity to win their second ICC title of the year.
The victory left the Kiwis camp enthralled but all-rounder Jimmy Neesham remained placid, knowing the "job is not done yet". A picture of Neesham is doing rounds on social media in which he can be seen sitting calmly on a chair after the win.

There's another photo in which the whole New Zealand cricket team is celebrating but Neesham has no expression on his face. When the all-rounder got his eyes on the viral post, he quoted the NBA legend Kobe Bryant's words. "Job finished? I don’t think so," wrote Neesham on Twitter.
Neesham's cameo of 11-ball 27 helped New Zealand accelerate in the last few overs which made the chase easier for his team. They were chasing 167, and were not in control after losing Martin Guptill and captain Kane Williamson early in their innings.
Daryl Mitchell and Devon Conway stitched up a partnership of 82 for the third wicket before Neesham played an important knock, in the end, to put the Kiwis ahead in the match.
