Anrich Nortje was the stand-out bowler for South Africa, claiming 1 wicket by conceding only 14 runs in his four overs. Dwaine Pretorius (3-17), Keshav Maharaj (2-24) and Kagiso Rabada (1-27) also did a brilliant job with the ball.
In reply, the Proteas rode on Aiden Markram’s unbeaten 26-ball 51 and contributions from Rassie van der Dussen (43*) and Reez Hendricks (39) to overhaul the target with 10 balls to spare.
