T20 World Cup 2021: PICS- MS Dhoni gives throwdowns to India batters ahead of Pakistan clash

India’s legendary former skipper MS Dhoni, who is the mentor of the Indian team in the ongoing T20 World Cup 2021, was seen giving throwdowns to India batters as they prepare for their first clash of the tournament against Pakistan on October 24, 2021, in Dubai International Stadium.

Team India won both of their warmup matches against England and Australia and was seen sweating it out in the nets leaving no stone unturned for the high voltage clash against the neighbors.  

MS Dhoni was seen giving the throwdowns to the batters in the nets on Friday using the stick and BCCI shared photos of the same on their official Twitter account.

India who were the winners of the inaugural edition of the tournament which was played in South Africa in 2007 under MS Dhoni’s captaincy, has New Zealand, Scotland, Afghanistan, and Namibia in their group 2 of the Super 12s stage apart from Pakistan.

Namibia made history by qualifying for the T20 World Cup 2021 Super 12 stage in their very first appearance at the tournament after beating Ireland on Friday.
