Stoinis and Zampa were seen having a touchy moment on camera.
Australia cricketer Adam Zampa and Marcus Stoinis were seen showing affection for each other on camera. Both played with each other face and hair, even coach Darren Lehmann was laughing after shaking his head.
It happened during the first ODI against Pakistan. The video went viral on social media.
Stoinis was even asked about it at the press conference. Well, he tackled the question really well. "Lucky the cameras weren’t on later because...” he trailed off in his sentence as a cheeky grin spread across his face.
“We’re good mates. That sort of stuff gets you through long tours and that sort of thing. A bit of banter, a bit of a laugh. You can’t take yourself too seriously. We’ve got a good bond in the team and there’s a good group," he had said.
The Australian duo decided to troll the fans again before the third ODI against Pakistan. Already got a lot of attention, they both purposely showed affection for each other and shared the picture on Instagram.
It was a matter of a few minutes before the picture went viral. Stoinis captioned the photo “It’s Game Day Baby @zampstagram” tagging his teammate.
Australia, who recently defeated India 3-2 in the five-match ODI series, continued their successful outing in UAE as well. They won the 5-match series Pakistan 3-0 in ODIs.
