Born in Sialkot, Sikandar Raza was recently asked on social media if he would ever consider playing for Pakistan as his presence would solve the side’s middle order issues.

In reply, Raza expressed his loyalty towards Zimbabwe, citing that he was only born in Pakistan but has always been a product of Zimbabwe cricket.
“I am a born Pakistani and a product of Zimbabwe Cricket. I will only and ever represent Zimbabwe. They spent time and money on me, and I am only trying to repay their faith, and whatever I achieve will never even get close to repaying it. Zim is mine and am theirs fully,” he wrote in response.
