According to a PTI report, a senior official of the board on Tuesday (January 9) said that PCB chief Zaka Ashraf and COO Salman Naseer would negotiate a final settlement with the trio.
The report further claimed that Arthur, Bradburn and Puttick were informed their services were no longer required with the national team after they returned to Lahore following the World Cup in India.
Instead, the three were told that they would work at the National Cricket Academy as the PCB announced Mohammad Hafeez as director of the national team and new set of coaches.
However, the board later realized that there was no clause in their contracts that gave them the right to work at the NCA permanently as they had signed up to work with the Pakistan team.
"After some consultations since Mickey is already with Derbyshire and Puttick and Bradburn have found new assignments it was decided to end the matter amicably and release them from their contracts," the official said, as quoted by PTI.
As per the official, the board is willing to pay some months' salaries as compensation to the trio. He also confirmed that Puttick, the batting coach, had informed the PCB about his new assignment with Afghanistan before accepting the contract.
On the other hand, Bradburn has informed the PCB that English county team Glamorgan wants his services as head coach.
Arthur, Puttick and Bradburn were all appointed by the PCB during the tenure of last chairman Najam Sethi in April-May last year.
