Team India cricketers extend New Year 2024 wishes to fans

The year 2023 was an emotion-filled roller-coaster ride for the Indian cricket team.

Bidding farewell to 2023, people around the world welcomed 2024 with great pomp and show. Cricketers are not far behind as they are celebrating the new phase starting in their lives.

Players of the Indian men’s cricket team also sent greetings to their fans through social media, on the auspicious day.

The year 2023 was an emotion-filled roller-coaster ride for Team India. There were successes in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy as well as in the Asia Cup, Asian Games and other bilateral competitions.

However, the team experienced a couple of massive heartbreaks by losing to Australia in the World Test Championship (WTC) final and the World Cup final.

The Indian team will kick-off the New Year 2024 with the Cape Town Test against South Africa, slated to get underway on January 3.
