Brevis smashed 162 off just 57 balls while playing for Titans against Knights.
Just 19 years old and Dewald Brevis is already being touted as the next big thing in international cricket because of his audacious batting.
In the IPL 2022, wherein he played for Mumbai Indians (MI), he batted at a strike rate of over 140 while amassing 161 runs in 7 games.
In the ongoing CSA T20 Challenge, his sublime batting was once again on display and how. He smashed a ridiculous 13 boundaries and as many sixes against the Knights while playing for the Titans, scoring 162 runs off mere 57 balls in Potchefstroom.

The teenager also smashed the quickest 150 in T20 history in the process, reaching the milestone in just 51 balls after racing to his hundred off 35 balls.
Speaking of his idol AB de Villiers, he stated that he likes the legendary South African's natural bat swing.
"From young - and still now - I watch lots of videos even on Instagram about AB and all these guys, [as to] how they hit the ball," Brevis was quoted as saying to Supersport.
"And I like AB's natural bat swing. And back in your head, you get a visual of how the ball goes, how the bat falls, and everything. So I try to watch as most as much as possible, and to just also be myself," he added.
The young prodigy went on to add that he wants to keep playing positive and fearless cricket without letting it from turning into recklessness.
"Even as a young boy, I have always wanted to hit the ball as far as possible. And for me, from the start, it's always [about being] positive and fearless. You don't want to go on the reckless side, but just play ball by ball, stay positive and be in the moment. I just stayed in the moment," Brevis added.
This stupendous knock enabled the Titans to thrash the Knights by 41 runs.
