The All-India Senior Selection Committee has picked a 17-member squad for the T20I series against Ireland. Team India will play two T20Is on June 26th and 28th in Dublin.
Hardik Pandya will be captaining the Indian team as Rishabh Pant, who is currently leading the team in the South Africa T20Is, will leave for England to prepare for the rescheduled fifth Test match which begins on July 1 in Edgbaston.
Shreyas Iyer, who had done well at no.3 for India in recent times in T20Is, will also leave for England with Rishabh Pant and hence has not been picked for Ireland tour.
