Pakistan attained fourth position in ICC ODI rankings after being West Indies at home.
Pakistan cricket team has surpassed Team India in the ICC ODI rankings. The Babar Azam-led side attained the fourth spot after completing a whitewash over West Indies in the three-match series.
Pakistan has been in the red hot form in the ODIs of late. Apart from the away series against England last year, they have won every series they have played, developing the reputation of the team to beat.
Pakistan defeated the likes of Zimbabwe, South Africa, and Australia with the margin of 2-1 and with a recent win over West Indies (3-0), they moved to No 4 with a rating of 106, leaving India behind at 105. India, however, can surpass them as they are slated to play England and West Indies before Pakistan play their next ODI series in August.

Almost every player has contributed in some aspect but the main architect behind their success in recent times is skipper Babar. Not only has he captained the team well but he has also led from the front. He recently became the first batter to score three consecutive ODI centuries twice, having previously achieved the feat in 2016 as well.
The Babar-led side is also placed fourth on ICC Men's Cricket World Cup Super League standings, having won 9 out of 15 matches and has 90 points.
