Warne passed away due to a suspected heart attack in Thailand last week.
The last week was really devastating, not only for Australian cricket but also for the entire cricketing community, as they lost two of their icons, Rod Marsh and Shane Warne, within 24 hours on March 4.
While Marsh.74, was in the hospital for more than a week after suffering a heart attack, before taking his last breath on March 4, the same day in the evening, Warne,52, passed away due to a suspected heart attack in Thailand, where he was holidaying.
Australian star batter Steve Smith described it as a “sad week”, but insisted that they “are in decent spirits and focusing on our job over here, but it’s been a sad week.”

The Australian cricket team is currently in Pakistan to play a bilateral series with the first Test being played at the Rawalpindi Stadium between the two teams from March 4. Smith made 78 in his first innings in the ongoing first Test as Australia posted 459 on the board against Pakistan.
Smith said in a press conference: “We are in decent spirits and focusing on our job over here, but obviously it's been a sad week. We feel for both the Marsh and Warne family and our thoughts are with them, that's for sure.”
Notably, Thailand police stated that they received a preliminary autopsy report from Surat Thani hospital and initial investigations showed that there was no indication of foul play in the 52-year-old’s death, but an autopsy was still expected to be performed in Thailand.
