ENG v PAK 2021: England announce unchanged 16-player squad for Pakistan ODI series

England and Pakistan will square off in three ODIs from July 8.

England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) on Saturday (July 3) announced an unchanged 16-player squad for the upcoming home ODI series against Pakistan.

England and Pakistan will square off in three ODIs and T20Is each. The 50-over series will kick-off on July 8 while the third and final match will be played on July 13.

Young batsman Tom Banton has been retained in the squad after joining up for Sunday’s (July 4) third ODI against Sri Lanka in Bristol.

"England will name their squad for the Vitality IT20 series against Pakistan later this month," ECB said in an official statement.

The ODIs series is part of the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup Super League. England are leading the table with 60 points while Pakistan are on the third spot with 40 points under their belt.

Eoin Morgan (captain), Moeen Ali, Jonny Bairstow, Tom Banton, Sam Billings, Sam Curran, Tom Curran, Liam Dawson, George Garton, Liam Livingstone, Adil Rashid, Joe Root, Jason Roy, David Willey, Chris Woakes, Mark Wood
