India recorded 4,12,262 new COVID-19 cases on Thursday, which is highest number of cases in a single day since the pandemic began. As many as 3,980 patients lost their lives to this virus in the last 24 hours.
Meanwhile, team India opening batsman Shikhar Dhawan took the first dose of COVID-19 on Thursday and urged everyone to get vaccinated as soon as possible as it will help us defeat this virus.
“Vaccinated. Can’t thank all our frontline warriors enough for their sacrifices and dedication. Please do not hesitate and get yourself vaccinated as soon as possible. It’ll help us all defeat this virus,” Dhawan wrote on Twitter.
