Pat Cummins lauds CA for donating to India in their fight against COVID-19
Before them, Pat Cummins was the first cricketer to start a campaign by donating $50,000 to this fine gesture and he had tweeted that he would be donating the amount to the PM Cares Fund. However, he received a barrage of tweets from many Indian Twitter accounts asking him not to do so and instead donate to other NGOs.

Now Cummins has revealed that he ended up donating his money to UNICEF Australia's India COVID-19 Crisis Appeal.
“Terrific work @CricketAus. FYI I ended up allocating my donation to UNICEF Australia's India COVID-19 Crisis Appeal,” Cummins tweeted.
Meanwhile, there was a slight decline in daily cases, as India reported 3.68 lakh new cases. Multiple states have gone the lockdown route like Maharashtra, Goa, Punjab, Odisha, and Haryana.
