Sachin Tendulkar condoles the demise of Kieron Pollard’s father

Kieron Pollard mourned the death of his father with a heartfelt message on Instagram.

West Indies white-ball captain Kieron Pollard suffered a huge personal loss as he announced the passing of his father on his official Instagram account on Wednesday. The tall Trinidadian cricketer recently played against Sri Lanka in the white-ball series at home.

Kieron Pollard is a huge family man and has been often seen traveling with his family on overseas tours and is seen with his wife and children in India many times whenever he comes for the Indian Premier League (IPL).

Pollard plays for the Mumbai Indians (MI) in the IPL and will be seen in the IPL 2021 edition which starts on April 9 with his team, the five-time champions facing off against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the opening match at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.

The mentor of Mumbai Indians, Sachin Tendulkar took to Twitter and condoled the demise of Pollard’s father and posted a message as well, which read, “Just got to know about the demise of your father @KieronPollard55. My deepest condolences to you & all your family members in this hour of grief. May God give you the strength to overcome this loss.

Kieron Pollard had posted a couple of photos with his father who is seen holding the IPL trophy with his son and then in Australia with Pollard wearing his BBL team jersey.

“Rest easy , peacefully and gracefully #loveyoualways. Touched many hearts and souls . Will continue to make you proud . No more “tall boy” . I do know you are in a better place,” Pollard captioned the tribute post to his father.
