New Zealand will be having three fresh faces in the squad for Bangladesh ODIs.
New Zealand batsman Devon Conway has been added to the ODI squad to play against Bangladesh for the first time ever, on the back of his performances in the T20I series against Australia.
The 29-year-old batsman finished as the second-highest run-getter for New Zealand in the T20I series against their neighbors with the highest score of an unbeaten 99. He scored a total of 192 runs in 5 games at an average of 48.00.
Batting all-rounder Daryl Mitchell and top-order batsman Will Young also have earned a maiden call-up to New Zealand’s ODI squad that is supposed to face Bangladesh later this month.

Bangladesh cricket team will travel to New Zealand for 3 ODIs and 3 T20Is from March 20 to April 1. All six matches will be played at different venues as the host country is in a safe position with respect to COVID-19 cases.
New Zealand skipper Kane Williamson will be out of the ODI series due to an elbow injury. Opener Tom Latham will take up the responsibility to lead the team. He has previously led the BlackCaps in 10 ODIs and won 8 of them. He has lost just one game as captain while one failed to produce a result.
