Jayant Yadav is part of Mumbai Indians' IPL franchise.
India and Haryana off-spinner Jayant Yadav tied the knot with his longtime girl-friend Disha Chawla at a small family function on Tuesday (February 16).
As his Haryana teammate embarked on a new stage of his life, India leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal became the first to reveal the news while congratulating the newlywed couple on Twitter.
The 31-year-old also shared the news on Instagram by sharing a couple of adorable pictures from the ceremony with the caption “Better together” with a heart emoji.

Sharing a picture of the couple, Chahal wrote on Twitter: “Congratulations Jayant & Disha.”
Noteworthy, the spinner had made his international debut against England in 2016. Yadav had a remarkable Test debut for India, scalping four wickets in his maiden Test against England.
However, Jayant couldn’t cement his place in the India team as he has represented India in just four Tests and one ODI. He made his ODI debut against New Zealand and picked one wicket.
The Haryana cricketer also took part in the recently-concluded Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. He will be seen in action for Mumbai Indians in the IPL 2021 having been retained by the franchise for the IPL 14.
