Raina and Dhoni have been very close friends, having started their careers close to each other and then went on to play for Chennai Super Kings (CSK) for several years in the Indian Premier League (IPL). They will continue to play for the franchise, as early as next month in IPL 2020, even though their journey in international cricket has come to an end today on India's Independence Day.
