Ashwin had tried to mess with Warner on Twitter after India banned TikTok.
The Indian government announced a ban on 59 Chinese apps who were stealing the data of their users. They were marked unsafe and hence eliminated. Famous social media platform TikTok is one of those banned apps to get removed from the play store.
TikTok has a huge number of users around the world, especially in India as the number here is in millions.

Australia batsman David Warner is one of those active users who used to create videos regularly. He had also built a good fanbase in India. After the announcement of the news, Ashwin tagged Warner and tried to pull his leg in Tamil.
He wrote "Appo Anwar? @davidwarner31 ????" which offended one of Warner fans on Twitter.
The fan was so upset that Ashwin had to calm him down with a polite reply. The India spinner controlled the situation really well.
Replying to the user, Ravichandran Ashwin wrote, "It's a light-hearted banter in Tamil. Can be so easily missed due to context and language barrier. I appreciate you being a @davidwarner31 fan, my respect for him is still intact."
