As the global coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic spreads all over the world, the sudden spike in the numbers of infected cases in India has left one and all worried and panic in the country.
With the deadly disease growing very fast in the country, well-known personalities from all fields have been trying their best to spread awareness about the coronavirus in order to help the authorities to control the situation as soon as possible, as well as, the spread of the virus.
On Saturday (March 21), Indian cricket great Virender Sehwag joined the bandwagon of celebrity to once again help the Indian government and healthcare system to stress the importance of staying indoors after Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced a Janta Curfew on March 22.
Well, the 41-year-old took to Twitter to appeal to everyone to stay at home to help eradicate this deadly virus while assuring that we all will soon recover from this fiasco.
He requested all Indians in Viru style: “Poora Bharat Aaram se Ghar par Rahega, Yeh Corona Virus yahaan se jald daudega. Please please stay at home and we shall overcome this soon.”
Noteworthy, PM Modi has urged his all India citizens while addressing the country to take part in the 'Janta Curfew' on Sunday, March 22, from 7 AM to 9 PM to pay tribute to all who are in our duty while risking their own lives and avoid mass gatherings to help in containing the Coronavirus spread.
Till now, the novel coronavirus cases in India jumped to around 300 on Saturday with 282868 infected cases along with over 11000 deaths globally recorded.
