In recent times, the cricket commentator has been in the news, as the 39-year-old traveled around the world to shoot a documentary and he once again got the attention for his witty response on International Cricket Council’s (ICC) Twitter post.

On Tuesday (March 17), the ICC has shared a throwback picture of Pietersen, putting together two images one clicked in 2001 while the other captured in 2020 and captioned the post: “2001 – 2020. Cricket time-lapse feat” tagging the former England batsman.
Well, Pietersen was quick to notice the ICC’s post, and the Englishman decided to respond the body in his trademark style, as he came up with a witty reply in style, comparing himself to red wine – getting better with age and time. His response read: “Red wine.”
