Yuvraj Singh recommended Siddhant Chaturvedi a.k.a MC Sher from Gully Boy to play him in his biopic if one is ever made in Bollywood.

Siddhant Chaturvedi rose to fame after his roles in Gully Boy and Inside Edge. He starred alongside Ranveer Singh in the movie Gully Boy as his mentor and friend MC Sher. He played the role of a fast bowler Prashant Kanaujia in the Amazon Prime web series ‘Inside Edge’.

Yuvraj Singh was asked a question about who he would like to see play his role if a biopic was made on his life. The former Indian cricketer suggested a few names but the first one who came to his mind was Siddhant Chaturvedi. He also would like to see Ayushmann Khurrana, Ranveer Singh or Ranbir Kapoor.

Yuvraj told Hindustan Times, “Probably, I’d play myself — that would be a bit desperate… (chuckles) hai na? See, that’s the director’s job to decide. If it’s going to be a Bollywood film, then Siddhant Chaturvedi is a good option; I’d love to see him in the film.

Then I think, Ayushmann (Khurrana) would also be a good fit. He'd just need to bulk up a little bit; thoda bahut khaana khake aana padega (laughs). There's Ranveer (Singh) and Ranbir (Kapoor), too,” he added.
