Hardik Pandya shares photo of his improvement in physique

Pandya is playing in the DY Patil T20 Cup for Reliance 1 team.

Indian all-rounder Hardik Pandya is slowly but surely getting back to peak fitness. He was due to travel to New Zealand with the India A team, but the plans were canceled to focus on him getting more fitter to get back to playing proper cricket and work on his bowling.

He has been participating in the ongoing DY Patil T20 Cup tournament in Navi Mumbai, alongside the likes of Shikhar Dhawan and Bhuvneshwar Kumar, all of whom were injured and are back to fitness after rehabilitating at the NCA.

Playing for Reliance 1 in the tournament against Bank of Baroda, Hardik Pandya showed his all-round skills with a knock of 38 off 25 balls and took three wickets to help his side post 150 for eight in their 20 overs.

He also shared a photo on his Instagram showing how he has moved from 68 kgs to now 75 kgs in three months. Pandya underwent surgery after suffering a lower-back injury and has spent quite a lot of time recovering.
