Pakistan’s T20 league, the PSL (Pakistan Super League) was recently in the news for all the wrong reasons after Umar Akmal was suspended under Pakistan Cricket Board's anti-corruption code. On Friday, a member of Karachi Kings team was seen talking on the mobile phone in the dugout even as the match was going on.

It was a really great game of cricket where Imad Wasim-led Karachi Kings posted a huge total of 201 runs in their 20 overs, Peshawar Zalmi’s sensible batting nearly won them the game as the Kings came out on top and won the thriller by 10 runs.

Even though it was such a thrilling encounter, the sight of a individual using mobile phone in the dugout raised a lot of question marks and was enough to create a controversy.

As per ICC, mobile phones are banned from dressing rooms and players along with members of team management are allowed to use only walkie-talkies. That’s why a lot of players are often seen using a walkie-talkie in a T20 match to communicate from dugout to the dressing room.
